Welcome to the East Bay Workers' Rights Clinic Website!

The East Bay Workers' Rights Clinic is a weekly clinic where students from the U.C. Berkeley School of Law provide low-income and unemployed workers with free legal advice about problems they're facing at work.

Located at the East Bay Community Law Center at 3130 Shattuck Avenue in Berkeley, the clinic counselors are supervised by attorneys from the Legal Aid Society - Employment Law Center.
