Intel v. Hamidi mock argument, Monday, March

The Samuelson Law, Technology & Public Policy Clinic is sponsoring
a working session to prepare the Hamidi lawyers for their
California Supreme Court argument on Wednesday.
Intel v. Hamidi held a former Intel employee liable for
trespass to chattels for sending anti-Intel emails to current
Intel employees. The trial court opinion was affirmed by the
California Court of Appeals in Dec. 2001, and review was granted
by the California Supreme Court.
