THE CINCINNATI 11
PRESS CONFERENCE RALLY

Boalt students from over ten student organizations have devoted a tremendous amount of time and effort in support of 'The Cincinnati 11,' a group of eleven fellow law students from La Raza Law Students Association taking this critical time before finals to witness the Grutter v. Bollinger case in the 6th Circuit at Cincinnati.

Due to an existing split between the 5th and 9th circuit decisions, this case is likely to go to the Supreme Court and decide the future of affirmative action for the entire U.S. Last year, 7 students from the Coalition for Diversity went to observe this case in Michigan, on the District Level.
