2012 Reisenfeld Symposium:
Enforcement of Foreign Judgments
The 2012 Riesenfeld Symposium was held on March 13 at the Berkeley School of Law.

The 2012 Symposium focused on the enforcement of foreign judgments and featured a keynote from John B. Bellinger III. This was followed by two panels, one concerning foreign judgments in the context of the internet and media and the other concerning the legal disputes over judgments issued by Latin American courts.
Following the Symposium, a cocktail reception and dinner were held at the Bancroft Hotel where
Professor Harry N. Scheiber received the Stefan A. Riesenfeld Award for his outstanding contributions to the field of international law.
Please see the Symposium page for more information, including a video of John B. Bellinger's Keynote address and audio recordings of the two panels.
