Outside the United States, add $15.00 for air freight postage. Payment may be made with personal checks drawn on a bank in the United States, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), or international money order. Subscriptions are renewed automatically unless notice of termination is given.

Domestic claims for non-receipt of issues should be made within 90 days of the month of publication, overseas claims within 180 days. Thereafter, the regular back issue rate of US$18.00 will be charged for replacement. Overseas delivery is not guaranteed.
