We are a dedicated team of students committed to producing the Berkeley Business Law Journal: an engaging periodical containing innovative business law-oriented commentary created by professors, professionals, and students. Though it is the youngest journal at the Boalt Hall School of Law, the Berkeley Business Law Journal is quickly growing into a promising national publication. We hope to inspire scholars to explore new topics in business law and economics. We facilitate this development through hosting symposia, providing a constant forum for scholarly discussion, bringing together leading scholars from around the world, and publishing the newest and most intriguing articles.
